Hello! I’m Jenny,

I’m a Florida native, with the inability to stop exploring and learning. Throughout college I worked for my city’s event planning team, a nonprofit, and digital marketing agency. After spending a few of my post-grad years in corporate roles, I decided it was time to pursue my own event industry dreams and dive into the operations of Port + Palm Co. With the support of what at times felt like the entirety of South Florida, I was able to see that little dream become a full fledged reality.

The hustle of events and the wild idea that I could do this on my own, was taught to me by some of the most incredible women over the years. One such woman even convinced me that I could teach myself floral design. Right, the magic of floral design can just come down upon me and voilà - floral designer. I was skeptical.

After hours of trial and error, research, and voraciously devouring any and every message board related to flowers, I fell in love with the beauty of floral design. I then shifted gears from what was primarily an event planning company, to a comprehensive design company.

Florida will always be home, Oregon is where I’ve landed for the time being, immersing myself in a different landscape, the seasons, and all of the benefits that come with living in a beautiful wine region.

Forever inspired by the eclectic mix of colors and textures present in Florida’s history, and the romance of English gardens featured in the many period dramas that land on my screen.
